Strategic Advisor and Executive Producer

Background:

Girls Who Invest (GWI) marked its tenth anniversary with its largest Gala to date. Held at Cipriani Wall Street and welcoming nearly 1,000 guests, the event was an opportunity to celebrate a decade of impact and activate GWI’s growing community of alumni, partners, and supporters. Following the success of the 2024 Gala, T2 Strategy returned as strategic advisor and executive producer. 

Opportunity:

The milestone Gala needed to deliver a premium experience, underscore and strengthen GWI’s narrative, and foster meaningful connection among guests. GWI sought a partner who could elevate the event’s identity, streamline the run-of-show, and build an experience that felt deeply aligned with the mission: inspiring donors, showcasing alumni, and reinforcing the organization’s leadership in advancing women in asset management.  

OUTCOME:

T2 Strategy shaped the event vision, guided leadership on strategy and guest experience, and developed the 10th Anniversary identity, branding, and visual system. The team crafted the narrative framework, structured the program, and managed all aspects of production including all creative and in-room content.

As executive producer, T2 Strategy led the run-of-program, partnered on lighting and staging, integrated alumni storytelling throughout the evening, and delivered a cohesive, community-forward experience for the nearly 1,000 attendees.
